ENERGY HEALING INTENTIONS
Becoming aware of your subtle energy body and clearing and removing any blocked energy that may be carried in it's layers and your chakras is the first step to not only maintaining a healthy vibrant state, but also allows you to tap into, develop, and most importantly-TRUST your intuition. Knowing about how energy flows in the body, understanding the body's energy centers, the layers of the energy field, and how they relate to our physical, emotional, mental,
and spiritual state is as practical as it is magical.
Helping you understand it is my greatest pleasure.

Personally, my practice helps me keep my anxiety and stress levels from scrambling my creativity into submission. It also helps me to set boundaries, realistic goals, and to keep learning daily. My journey and understanding have grown exponentially since I found that Spirit/Energy is the KEY (the KI!) to unlocking our potential and I have been a Usui/Karuna Reiki Master since 1998, and SO much more since then. Practices and techniques from a wide variety of traditions and teachers that are too good to keep to myself.
