Just wondering. How do you go about setting intentions? Do you make lists? Scribble in a journal? Pray? Hope for the best?
How often do you set intentions? Once in a while? On an as needed basis? When the moon is in the 7th house? When SHTF?
Monthly, weekly, daily?
Intentions may not seem all that important. In general we all get by a large part of the time on pure luck (I mean really...specks on a dot in space...with feeling! Good stuff!) But, like Joe Jackson sings-"You can't get what you want, till you know what you want."
Once you see the power of intention setting in action it gets a lot easier to make time for it. In the mean time, I suggest you set an intention to start setting intentions on a regular basis-and then doing that. It's an integral part of a healthy practice. Your future self will definitely thank you for it.
