Every so often I like to do a little morning Rock Reiki Reboot. I literally get up in the morning, make myself a hot cup of water with maybe a little lemon, ginger, or baking soda (or a combo depending on the day) and I go live on one of my social media pages for 21 days in a row. It is the amount of time that we are encouraged to practice when we get a new attunement because is said that this is the amount of time it takes to set in a new habit. It is also a great way to check-in with yourself and get fully into your body for the day.

The most important thing about having a Reiki practice is that we PRACTICE! This is why I am committed to providing safe and welcoming spaces for us to get together and share our energy healing modalities with each other. Everyone has a different way of perceiving energy and different styles of working with it. Energy Circles are a great way to gather and learn from each other and get feedback about our own skills and natural talents.

I am currently holding two online circles per week. One on Sundays at 4pm Pacific (tickets & memberships available via the events page- https://www.endoluminous.life/membership-sun-circles) and one on Wednesdays at 5:30pm on our Mothership Alliance app (ask me about becoming a member!) Both circles held on Zoom and limited to 25 participants to ensure quality and connection. I welcome practitioners of all lineages and traditions to be a part of it.
